Four Villas in Andros
Located on the picturesque island of Andros in the Aegean Sea, 9010design was entrusted with the design and execution of a residential complex comprising four autonomous residences, complemented by shared spaces and a swimming pool. Our approach sought to harmonize contemporary aesthetics with the island’s natural landscape, crafting a living experience that embraces tranquility, light, and understated elegance. The design draws inspiration from the Cycladic architectural language, featuring minimal forms, organic textures, and a soft color palette that seamlessly integrates the residences into their surroundings.

Designing four autonomous residences within a shared complex required a careful balance between individual identity and visual coherence. The Cycladic language — minimal massing, organic textures, soft neutrals — provided the unifying thread, while the orientation of each villa was calibrated to maximize light and frame views of the Aegean. The shared pool becomes the natural social anchor of the complex.
